TBNB was founded in memory of Anita Zaffke, rear-ended and killed on her motorcycle May 2, 2009 in the “Nail Polish Crash” by a motorist who was painting their nails while driving. TBNB’s mission is to increase motorist awareness of the pandemic of inattentive, distracted & intentional impairment that plagues our streets emphasizing the reality of the death and destruction it causes.
