Orders are shipped Monday - Friday
Next Day Shipping (on most orders placed before 2pm CST) United States Orders Only
Sometimes we can"t ship this quickly. If we can"t ship your order within 2 business day, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order with no obligation. A Next day order on Friday will be delivered the next business day, so you will receive it on Monday. You must call 630-235-0452 if you would like Saturday Delivery on an order, additional charges will apply. Any delay on delivery by the shipping company is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item.
We ship orders primarily via USPS for single quantity orders and via UPS for larger quanity orders. All items are shipped FULLY INSURED. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule. Orders are shipped signature required in most cases. In certain cases, Moto-Angels.org reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS or FedEx.
International Orders:
International orders can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card. Please be sure that the shipping address is the only one you enter. Multiple address for international shipping will cause the order to be immediately canceled. International orders are shipped USPS Global Express, Next day or Second Day UPS or FedEx. International orders take an additional 24-48 hours to confirm the validity of the credit card. Some international orders make take as much as 72 hours before shipping. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer"s responsibility, packages refused because of customs fees will be charged the return postage. Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website. All international orders are shipped showing actual value for customs. By law we can not change or lower the amount. We ship to the address you provide. Please check the information you enter for accuracy. We will not be responsible for miss typed information or address"s. This may cause a delay in shipping or an extra charge. Most items ship same day, please check your conformation email for the accuracy of your address, contact us immediately if you encounter an error.

We will ONLY ship to an address listed with your credit card company. If we are NOT shipping to your billing address please contact your credit card company and inform them of the shipping address you would like to use, or call in your order 630-235-0452 to avoid having your order DELAYED!
Returns:
If for any reason Moto-Angels Apparel has not met your expectation, we will exchange or return your merchandise. Jackets and T-Shirts will be accepted for return within 30 days of original purchase. Tags must be attached, as well as accompanied by sales receipt. Return shipping is the sole resposibility of the buyer, and all exceptions to returns must be pre-approved by a Moto-Angels Store representative. An approval code must accompany any returns or exchange; in order to acquire a return approval code please email returns@moto-angels.org. If for any reason merchandise is returned and is not in original condition; ie: torn, shrunk, or flawed due to wear, The Moto-Angels reserves the right to deny the return or exchange, and merchandise will be mailed back to sender. Moto-Angels understands that online shopping is sometimes a guessing game, thus if you have any questions or need additional sizing information or description, please don"t hesitate to e-mail or call prior to purchasing. Also, please be aware that any piece that is customized, on clearance, or one of a kind WILL NOT BE RETURNED. This will be notated in the item description as a non-refundable item. For the health and safety of our customers, please note that hotpants are non-refundable- NO EXCEPTIONS. |
